It is tempting to let software send the offer. We do not. Advise drafts a proposal from the product definition and the borrower's situation, then hands it to a person with the reasoning attached.
A proposal a person cannot explain is a proposal a lender should not send.
The draft shows the cost, the checks it passed, and the assumptions behind it. The reviewer can change an input and watch the proposal update, or reject it outright. The decision stays with someone who is accountable for it.
