Privacy Policy
Last updatedJuly 23, 2026
This policy covers capcells.com, the website of the Capcells platform. It explains what personal data we process when you visit the site, write to us, or ask for a demo, and how you can exercise your rights over that data. The platform itself, where a credit company runs its product catalog and loans, is governed by the agreement that company signs with us, not by this policy.
Who is responsible
Capcells, S.L. is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect, and why
- Correspondence. When you book a demo or write to us, we receive what you send: your name, work email address, company, and the content of your message. The contact form composes an email in your own mail client, so nothing is stored on this website; the message travels as ordinary email. We use it to respond and to follow up on your request, on the legal bases of taking steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.
- Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs when the site is delivered to you: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use them to keep the site available, fast, and secure, on the legal basis of legitimate interest. They are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.
- Optional cookies and similar storage. Only with your consent, as described below. Declining them never limits what the site shows you.
Cookies and consent
The consent surface in the corner of your first visit controls four categories. Nothing optional is set before you choose, and every optional category starts switched off.
You can revisit your choice at any time through Your Privacy Choices in the footer, which reopens the same controls with your current selection. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and is as easy as giving it.
Who processes data on our behalf
We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers that run this website for us, bound by data-processing agreements:
How long we keep data
- Correspondence: for as long as the conversation and any resulting relationship require, after which it is deleted.
- Technical logs: for a short, rolling window set by our hosting provider, measured in days, not months.
- Consent records: in your own browser until you change or clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to hello@capcells.com and we will respond within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
How data is protected
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit, data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers, and access to systems follows least privilege. The platform’s own security model, including its tamper-evident audit ledger and per-tenant isolation, is described on the Security page.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. Material changes are highlighted on this page for a reasonable period.
